MEGAREUNION! *beams*
And RSVP the red tags Sheena or Michelle okay =) It'll be so so good if we could get us all down... Orange tags, white tags, anyone? I shall try to friendster the older folks! Weeee!
PS. Am really glad Sheena caught me on MSN... it's so good to catch up with her again, after so so so very long! Talked for ages like we did some 5 years ago, haha... So much choir memories to recall and replay and relive all over, and it's especially special when it all overlaps =)

Arts on the Move

In case you haven't already caught the announcement, Resonance's OOPs will be singing this coming Monday, 28th June, 7pm at Raffles City. (We aren't sure exactly where-- but keep your ears open once you come up from City Hall MRT, and chances are you'll hear us, so follow your ears!)
It's our happiest set ever, and what do you know, we actually had a full dress rehearsal (the first ever!) to coordinate our colour scheme. No hot pinks or mismatched greens this time! So pop by and catch us! A half-hour performance on a Monday evening, made well accessible and absolutely free =)

Irrelevant information
The Office has a really nice toilet! It's a common toilet for everyone on the same floor actually, so it's relatively spacious. And because it's the 16th floor, it overlooks a good bit of the city area, and the wide windows makes the view even more spectacular =)
I discovered today that the first cubicle has those quirky butt-washing spray thingie installed in the toilet bowl. So of course I had to attempt to work it =) Stood beside the bowl and turned the knob to maximum power but nothing came out, much to my dismay. Then I figured perhaps it ought to be pushed.
Pressed the knob, and wallah, a powerful jet of water shot past me, and I released it promptly, hurriedly twisting the knob back to normal power. And what do you know, the ceiling started to drip water =X Oops. So much for experimenting. Decided to stay in the cubicle until the person from the next door cubicle departed. Better not give her the luxury of knowing which idiot sent a huge spray of water high into the air with the butt washer =P But hey. At least it's clean water, right?
Irrelevant unfunny self-amusing incidents aside, I think I like my job very much =)

Internship
I GOT MY INTERNSHIP! *squeals in delight*
Owe a great deal to the resourceful Char for supplying the info and then badgering me to get around to applying for it =) And the very very nice senior writer who interviewed me and got her boss to rope an extra intern in =)
So my weekdays are all taken up, but I'm still available for dinner on non-prac nights, within the hip city area, so just drop me an sms anytime.
More news when work officially begins (tomorrow)!
And another piece of news of utmost importance:
Am performing with Reso next Monday, 28th May 2007, at Raffles City Shopping Centre, 7pm. You can't find a more central venue than this, already, and it is ab-so-lute-ly free, so do drop by if you can, okay?
Every you
What do you spend so much time on the computer for??
Catching up, I guess. On MSN, on the many many blogs I drop by randomly. Even if I don't always say hello to you online. Even if we don't meet very much in person. Even if, perhaps, I don't even say two words to you in an entire week or month. You are still a friend that I do treasure, that my life would have been oddly empty without, in one way or another. *nods* Every one of you, in every little way. Every presence and absence. Every word and silence.
Strange how technology parts us, and pulls us together, and parts us, and pulls us together... "Us" for you and me, "you" for every friend whose eyes lay upon this little reflection.
How singular, the word "you", and yet how so very universal. As with "I", who is unique to every one, every "you" figures in a deeply special way to me.
I guess I am just really, really thankful and oh, so very blessed, for such friends and family that I have. And beyond the nonsense everyday trivialities this is perhaps what matters most. You and you and you, all. =)

Unarticulated
I wonder if I should be eloquent, here in the blog, and go into vivid descriptions, the way I teach my brother to write in his compositions, in order to get better grades.
But I am not feeling so very eloquent now.
In fact, I feel like banging my head soundly on the wall and screaming banshee-like.
How grateful am I that I seldom ever act on impulsive feelings, nor have violent tendencies, just so that my physical self might be well-preserved in one piece =)
And if I had had the habit to ponder issues out on the blog before, it does seem as though I am not quite keen to do so anymore. Somehow the more I write the more it says, or so it must seem to word-sensitive folks, and oh, how childishly peevish I get sometimes! And how tempting it is to justify exactly why I feel so! At this rate I'll never grow up.
So we write, and pause, and think, and learn.
